Refund policy

Refunds & Exchanges:

We offer refunds and exchanges for damaged products with manufacturing errors.

To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, you will need to contact us at info@ourstolenyouth.com within 14 days after receiving the product. Please provide clear photos of the damaged product, and additional photos or videos may be required in order for the refund/exchange process to be approved. Refunds will only go the original payment method. 

Non-Refundable Items:

We do not offer refunds or replacements for products ordered in the wrong size or color, or if you change your mind. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products with minor variations in print placement.

Lost Packages:

We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. Please first verify your address and contact the local post office if there is no issue with your address. After taking these steps, contact us for assistance and we may offer a replacement for your order.
